Tax Assessment litigator since 2009, the sole focus of my practice has been litigating with county Boards of Tax Assessors regarding the fair market value of real estate. Successful at every level – negotiating settlements, at the administrative level [before Boards of Equalization/Hearing Officers], and in trial in the Superior Court.
